Welp, I’ve been asking people about their yoga routines for long enough before I finally decided to JUST DO THE DAMN THING!!!
And… it went (very surprisingly)…well? 😧
I was not expecting to enjoy it.
BUT! Nobody told me it was like…ACTUAL EXERCISE??!!??!?!
I didn’t even have a mat; I used a blanket (hey, first-timer here). So I did not even step off of this blanket and by approximately 11 minutes into the video, I was winded.
Keep in mind that this is coming from an almost thirty-year old, mildly out of shape (but still KILLIN’ IT 😜), chick who definitely does not normally enjoy exercise.
Also, I’m not very flexible. I feel old af, especially when getting up or sitting down 🤣
But this video especially, they explained exactly how to move your hands, body, legs, feet… They walk you through it step-by-step.
This is a game changer for me because when instructors say to do all of these poses or different things like I’m already familiar with it, it overwhelms the heck out of me and I end up quitting.
So, now I follow Arianna Elizabeth’s channel on YouTube (this link leads to the About page, because I wanted you to see that first 🤩).

Aaaannnd… I’m pretty dang inspired to do another “flow” (that’s what they call it 😁) to start my day!
I’m so bad at exercising, but this didn’t even feel like it until I was out. of. breath. 😅
